Southern California based Quady Winery reached out to Daylight Studio to partner on creating a responsive WordPress site for one of their product lines. Known for their sweet wines, Quady had recently rebranded their collection of botanical-infused vermouths called Vya. In order to reach their distributors, bartenders and mixologists alike, we were tasked with designing a marketing website that brought their brand story to life.

Providing a creative process that kept the client’s budget and rebrand launch timeline in mind, I firstly delivered moodboard options that leveraged the client’s brand assets. This exploration allowed us to review what directions we could take the brand and define what approach would best reach their audience. Once an initial direction was selected, I continued to refine both the visual concept and overall tone. I created ui elements and baked them into reusable components, as well as defined page template types for responsive screens.

Prioritizing a tablet-first experience, Quady’s sales team utilizes the Vya website to share more about the brand and their suite of vermouth flavor offerings with distributors, bartenders and mixologists. Bringing the Vya illustrative nature to life online has expanded the brand story — Showcasing botanical ingredients, sharing delicious cocktail recipes, and inviting you to ‘experience the alchemy’ that is Vya Vermouth.
